I enabled collect errors for the extension and am seeing the error below.

I had already tired it in incognito mode with the same results, but had one other extension enabled. I retested with the other extension disabled and am seeing the same behavior. I have this on three machines and it is only happening on one of them. I also tried disabling sync with the same results.
