For some reason, when i have Tabox enabled I can't use some keyboard shortcuts inside of Milanote such as ctrl+shift+1,2,up, or down. This even applies to incognito mode for some reason.

Hey Patrick! Tabox does use the ctrl+shift+1-4 shortcuts, but you can change that (or those of other extensions) in the Chrome Extensions page, there you will have options to change keyboard shortcuts.
