The settings tab constantly shakes when opened and is not readable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same results. I am running version 3.5.8 and the latest version of Chrome. Not sure what to try next.
I took two screenshots, shown below. If you open them in your browser, you can see the setting pop up on two different X axis. I think this is why it's shaking as OP stated.
