Manual or automatic backup

Hi, as you probably saw from some users in this forum sometimes there could be google drive sync issues or user mistakes that cause a loss of data.

I would like to be able to run a batch file and save the data every 15 minutes so that everything is always stored in a backup folder. However I went into the chrome profile/extension folder but couldn't find any database. Can you point me to the db location?

Or: could you create a local (or google drive) user accessible and versioned backup folder?

For example backup 1, backup 2..

And the user can decide how many backups to keep and the backup frequency.

Hey there! Thanks for the suggestion! First, Tabox uses local storage as the local “db” so I don’t think it will be acceptable externally outside of Chrome. As for the more advance sync / backup options, that is something that is being considered for one of our upcoming versions so stay tuned! Thanks! Actually even a raw version of the db is enough, at least in case of a crash I can restore it! Found this: AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Profile\Local Extension Settings\bdbliblipiempfdkkkjohnecmeknnpoa So I will back it up waiting for the new features :)

You can also export all your collection to a backup text file from the settings menu. It’s a bit manual but might help.
