For a few weeks, the groups were lost and all the tabs remained ungrouped (previously grouped into categories by groups). I have backups, but when I restore them, all the tabs are still ungrouped.
I have already tried reinstalling Chrome and Tabox extension and I still have the same result

We are aware of an issue in v3.5.4 for some users while opening collections with tab groups. We are working on a fix and it will be resolved soon with no need tire-save your collections. Apologies for the inconvenience. You patience is greatly appreciated!

The issue is only when opening a collection, your data is safe and will not be affected after the fix is out.

A fix for this issue has been submitted to the Chrome and Edge stores, once approved it will begin to roll out to all users.
There is no need to re-save collections or make any changes on your side, Tabox will resume operating as it did before the issue started.
