Thanks for a great product and I love using Tabox. Lately, some of the grouped links work on some profiles but not others. For example, I created a tab group and called it QA, but when I go to another profile with the same account, I can see the group, I can see the links, I can open each link individually in a new window, but when I click on the tab group name, it doesn't open all of them in a new window. This happens to some grouped links on some profiles, but not on the others, and vice versa. It might be because I activated some of the beta features, but I am not sure which caused this problem. Actually for some reason it was stopped from autoupdate or something so I had to tweak the beta options in the setting, it's working now... thanks
Hey Harri! Sorry to hear about this issue!
Here are some things we can try that might be causing the problem:
It's possible that one of the profiles has an extension installed that interfere with Tabox, such as a firewall, anti virus or popup blocker. Try to see if one of these is active and try disabling it and see if that helps.
Try to disable Tabox by going to the Extensions page in Chrome and turn off the switch next to it, then reenable it.
Lastly, you can try to uninstall Tabox and reinstall it to see if that solves the issue. (make sure to back up you collections first, by syncing or exporting them to file)
