Cannot open existing collections

I use the extension constantly and also told my friends at work to use it so instead of passing them a bunch of links relating to assignment, I just export to them the collection.

One thing though, sometimes when I try to open existing collections it gets stuck and nothing is open. In order to solve it i have to reopen each link in the collection, recreate the groups and then save the collection again.

Raising to your attention if you can check.

I'm having the same issue. Some collections I can open, others I cannot. I have enabled, disabled, uninstalled extension, installed extension and none of that has helped.

EASY WORKAROUND. I changed the toggle to "Tabs will be added to this window" and it worked. Not sure why - hope that helps others and perhaps Lior

Hey Lior!

Thank you for posting your issue.

In order to solve most issues in Tabox, you can try to disable and reenable Tabox in the Chrome extensions page.

If that does not work, try to uninstall and reinstall Tabox.

I have received a few reports of similar issues but have not been able to reproduce it myself.

I am working to optimize the extension's performance and hopefully solve these types of issues.

Hi Gil,

Thanks for getting back to me, unfortunately even after disable/reanable and then also install / uninstall the tabs are not opened for the group.

Is there a way to troubleshoot the issue?

One more thing you can try is to disable the "Discard Tabs" option in the settings menu. IT might causes issues in some cases. I am also in the process of releasing a new version with improvements in that area, that might fix your issue as well.
