    can't open any collection

    Tabox in Edge. Clicking in the collections doesn't open anything. There's no way to open it. I used to, but not since some weeks ago (not sure when). I have it in several user profiles.

    Truning the extension on and off doesn't help. I used to have activated the autoupdate but deactivating it didn't help either.

    Auto update works in the following way:

    1. Clicking to open a collection will record the window ID the collection was opened in and then note any changes to that window and update the collection as needed.

    2. If you open collection A and then open collection B in the same window, that will register as updating collection A to include A + B.

    3. Toggling the "open in new window" switch to the ON position will make sure each collection is opened in its own window.


    if this does not work and all collections are opening in the same window let me know, this is not the correct behavior.

    Hi, doing that allows to open them in the current window. Yet, that adds the collecton to the current opened tabs and groups which makes very difficult to know what will be added /removed if we updatedor autoupdated the collection. Unfortunately checking the option to open it in a new window, wich is the option that I most probably had activated before uninstalling the extension as you said, still doesn't work...

    Indeed I've just tested it in another browser profile. Didn't resinstall the extension, just changed the mode to open in same window, and it works that way. So, it's the opin in a new window that doesn't work (but again thats' the only way I could see saving tabs would work properly (where will the new tabs be synced to if they are not in a group and they are between tabs from different sessions?)

    Hmm sorry to hear that!

    If you are able to access the settings menu, can you try to export all your collections to a file (from the settings menu -> export all collections) and then remove Tabox and reinstall it.

    After you reinstall the extension, import the file to restore your collections.
