Bug with main window

Hi, I saved the main chrome window as "main window" in tabox. If I close chrome and reopen it, the main window doesn't get linked and I have to manually push the resync button to link it. But again whenever I close the browser I lose the linkage.

Is this fixable?

Hey @kuitogu67 ! Are you referring to auto updating collections, where a window is linked to a collection? If so, the link will stop when a window is closed and will resume when a collection is opened.

Hi, so let's say I have only 1 auto updating collection (it's the main window).

If I open chrome, the main window starts with some tabs prepopulated (in chrome I have enabled the setting to remember the open tabs when the application is closed).

Once I restart chrome, the "main window" auto updating collection is not linked to tabox anymore. There is no way to launch the "main window" auto updating collection from tabox since the main window can only opened by launching chrome itself.

I am not sure what you mean by "main window" every Chrome window is the same.

If you restart Chrome and it automatically opened a window for you that used to be linked to a tabox collection - that connection is gone.

To restore the connection you have 2 options:

Close this window that Chrome restored and open the collection again in a new window
In Tabox's settings menu, make sure the option "Click on 'Update' sets active" is enabled. In the main window where your tabs are currently open, open Tabox and click "Update" on the collection you want to link to this window - this will update this collection with any changes and link it back to Tabox to mark it as "active".
