Absolutely all the collections have disappeared! This is just a disaster. And now my husband discovered that all his collections are also gone. We both experienced that we were suddenly logged out - and when we logged in again, absolutely everything was gone. We have used this across several PCs and it has worked brilliantly - but now it just says that we do not have any collections. And we can not find any backup either. 😠Where are collections stored?

I am so sorry to hear about your issue.
Can you tell me if when you open Tabox now, are you still logged in?
If so, one thing you can try is open the setting menu (gear icon) and select "Load collections from Google Drive backup").
If that does not work, please try to disable Tabox in the Chrome Extensions page by turning the switch next to it off, then re-enable it by turning the switch on again.
If your collections are still gone after taking the above steps, I am afraid there is not much else we can do.
Here are some possible causes for this situation:
On one of your computers, while logged in someone deleted all collections and that change synced over to all other computers.
There was a connection issue with Google Drive, causing a blank sync file to be created, effectively meaning all logged in computers would be synced to an empty state (this is rare, and I have not been able to simulate this situation yet)
Its possible another extension you have installed was causing issues with Tabox, for example security extensions like antivirus or firewall
Again, I apologies for this inconvenience. We constantly work to improve Tabox and prevent situations like these.
