Absolutely all the collections have disappeared! This is just a disaster. And now my husband discovered that all his collections are also gone. We both experienced that we were suddenly logged out - and when we logged in again, absolutely everything was gone. We have used this across several PCs and it has worked brilliantly - but now it just says that we do not have any collections. And we can not find any backup either. 😭 Where are collections stored?
